Who Are Klarna?

Klarna is a Swedish Payment Service Prodivder that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna is the provider of Smoooth Payments to more than 70,000 online stores. Over 60 million consumers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.

A New Way to Pay

We're currently working on new ways to take payments at Aztec Clothing. You may notice Klarna as part of your checkout process as we have now partnered up with them to bring you an up to date, modern online shopping experience. By providing this service we are giving you the option to spread the cost.

How Pay Later Works/Are You Eligible?

  • To use Pay Later you must be at least 18 with a good credit history
  • Ensure your billing address is accurate and up to date
  • Use your full name

Also, when choosing Pay Later - Klarna's assessment will not affect your credit rating.

Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an e-mail with Payment Instructions within 2 working days from Klarna. You will then have 30 days to complete the payment online at your convenience with no extra hidden costs. You can then pay via credit or debit card. You may also be eligible to increase length of time to pay by up to 90 days.

Will A Credit Search Take Place?

Neither Klarna nor Aztec Clothing run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.

Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you & Klarna - but not visible to other lenders.

I Have Been Redirected To Klarna's Site, Is That Correct?

Yes, if you have chosen to Pay Later, Klarna will send you an e-mail with further details on how to pay. Your e-mail will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment via credit or debit card.

How Is My Statement Sent?

If you chose to Pay Later, Klarna will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to make the payment and a link to the payment page. Enter your statement number into the payment page and follow the instructions. If you do not have your statement number, you can contact Klarna's Customer Service Department here - www.klarna.com/uk/customer-service

Refund Policy

We accept returns for a refund or an exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your order.

Please contact us by e-mail (sales@Aztec-Clothing.com) within 2 days of receiving your order so we can arrange the return to be processed.

In the event of an exchange there is no charge to ship out the replacement items for UK orders. All exchanges are based on stock availability.

International Orders are subject to pay for shipping should you wish to exchange any item. This includes countries within the EU.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase date for UK orders. 10 days for international orders.

We will only accept a return if the item is new and unused. We will not accept any item that shows indication that it has been worn. We also cannot accept the return of any undergarments/socks. This is for hygiene purposes. Items should be returned in the original packaging, all tags should still be attached and the item should show no signs of wear. Shoe boxes should be undamaged as they are also considered to be part of the product.

Funds for returned items will only be credited to accounts initially used to purchase the returned item. A £6 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Repeated Returns Exchanges and refunds are offered to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases from Aztec-Clothing.com. However, customers that excessively return items may be refused at our sole discretion.

Legal ownership of goods will remain the property of Aztec-Clothing.com until orders have been accepted and all due funds have been cleared. In the event of Aztec-Clothing.com offering a refund to you, legal ownership of the goods will revert immediately to Aztec-Clothing.com. Goods are fully insured during transit and goods become your full responsibility once they have been delivered.

***UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will the return or exchange be accepted should the blue security tag be removed or tampered with from the product. *** ONLY REMOVE ONCE YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE ITEM. ***

What If I Don't Pay on Time?

If you do not pay within the 30 days you are given of receiving your Klarna invoice you may be subject to charges - if you do not pay the balance within 30 days of receiving your invoice Klarna will send you a reminder, 30 days after your first reminder. If you do not pay the balance, Klarna will send you another reminder, followed by a third 30 days after this if you still have not paid. 

If after 30 days from your third reminder you have still not paid the balance, your details will be passed to a debt collection agency which may affect your credit rating. In addition, each reminder may carry an additional charge up to £8.
